Internal marketing for a new sales training program for more than 11,000 employees in Germany and abroad. Our aim was to attract as many employees as possible for this program.
Employees are also a target group that wants to be courted and inspired. This is why we wanted from the very beginning not only to present the new program, but to actually sell it! For this we developed an innovative look with emotional messages and direct response. And, we organized the content so that everyone can quickly and easily find the right offer for them. The result of our internal campaign: An increasing number of participants, both in Germany and abroad.
